Danbury Bar Cited for Serving Alcohol to Minor

A Danbury bar was cited by the Department of Consumer Protection’s Liquor Control Commission for violations in July.

According to DCP, Square One Bar and Grill located at 24 Mill Plain Road paid a fine of $500 and was suspended for one day on July 28.

The suspension was imposed due to the bar allegedly serving alcohol to a minor, permitting a minor to be in the bathroom and for the violation of their permit being recorded.
