The single most pressing issue facing our town/district is _______, and this is what I intend to do about it.
The single most pressing issue facing our town is the uncontrolled growth, with no plan. This has led to the challenges that our schools and infrastructure face. This city can no longer afford to kick the can down the road, and we need an administration that is ready to face these challenges head on. I intend to work closely with all stakeholders, to work on a plan together. This is what the city needs more than anything, a team that is ready able and willing to acknowledge the problem and work together on the solution.

What are the critical differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?
I will not be a rubber stamp for current policies that have led us to the challenges outlined here. We need representatives in that are in tune with the residents of this city, who know the challenges first hand and are out talking to them on a daily bases.
List other issues that define your campaign platform:
Ensure Danbury has an inclusive and welcoming government ready to face challenges together. Let’s work together to give are students and educators the support they have not been getting, let’s work together to address our over burden roads, and let’s roll up our sleeves and actually revitalize downtown Danbury.
What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?
Being in the customer service field for most of my career I ‘ll bring my experience in administrating, interpreting and delivering on service models based on policies, this translates to the work the council does with city charter’s and working within set parameters of what can and can’t be done.
More importantly as a technical sales engineer, I plan to bring my problems solver never stop until the job at hand is done approach to city government. Our city deserves a government that work as hard as they do.
What else would you like voters to know about yourself and your positions?
I have lived in Danbury since I was five years old, growing up in this city and attending Danbury public schools I have an appreciation for our vibrant and diverse community and all the opportunity it has provided me. I am currently serving as a Trustee for the Danbury Museum & Historical Society and am a member of the Long Ridge Road Association. I am running to be a voice for all of Danbury’s residents; I want to ensure that this city continues to be a great place to live for current and future generations.
The best advice ever shared with me was ...
For me it was not advice as much as it was example and the best example I have ever had was my parents approach to hard work. My mother and father were two of the hardest working people, as a child they work multiple jobs to ensure our family had opportunities that just were not possible for them and others in the Country we originally move here from. That work ethic, the work until the job is done mentality has been passed over to me, and I am extremely grateful for them and there example.
