Danbury Cooling Centers Open As Temps Climb

DANBURY, CT — Weather officials have issued a Heat Advisory for the Danbury area, beginning Thursday at 11:00 a.m. and ending Friday at 8:00 p.m.

The city has opened three cooling centers in anticipation of the extreme heat forecast for this week. Additional resources on preparedness and safety during extreme heat can be found on the city website here.
