DANBURY, CT — Danbury City Council approved a retroactive 1.5 percent raise for Danbury Municipal Employees Association members at their December meeting, according to WLAD.

The city and union had agreed to pause raises in 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic, city documents show.

The contract with Danbury Municipal Employees Association Local 424 runs from July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2023, according to city documents.
