Danbury Drug Dealer Busted After Lengthy Investigation: Police
When police nabbed him, he was pulling out of a parking lot with heroin/fentanyl, cocaine and a personal scale on the passenger seat.

DANBURY, CT — Police arrested a local man on a number of drug-related charges on Thursday.
Following a weeks-long investigation into complaints of him dealing drugs in the area, police approached Jeremy "Kuda" Roberts, 27, of Crosby Street in Danbury, as he was driving out of a parking lot at 35 White Street. Officers stopped Roberts' car, aware that he was driving with a suspended license.
After placing Roberts under arrest, officers discovered an open container on the front passenger seat, containing packaged heroin/fentanyl, cocaine and a portable scale. A further search of the car also revealed material commonly used to package and sell illicit drugs for personal use, according to the police report.

"In addition to the drug-related items, several hundred dollars were seized from his person," said Det. Lt. Mark Williams of the Danbury PD.
Roberts was transported to the Danbury Police Department where he was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled with intent to sell, possession of a controlled substance within 1500’ of a school, possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell within 1500’ of a school, possession of drug paraphernalia within 1500’ of a school, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Roberts was held for a $100,000 cash bond pending arraignment or the posting of bail. Police noted that Roberts had several prior offenses pending in two Connecticut courts, for which he was released after posting several hundred thousand dollar bonds, according to the report.
