Danbury Fashion Week Seeking Models and Photographers

DANBURY, CT -- Danbury Fashion Week has issued an open call for runway models and photographers.

Models are being asked to "bring their best runway walk" to auditions on Saturday, June 30, to be held at 261 Main Street from 12-5 p.m. Applicants will need a fully-executed release form (available online) and a full-body photograph of themselves. Models cast in the show will need to be available July 16, 23 and 28.

Interested photographers may apply by filling out an online application. Selected photographers will receive all access passes on the days they are schedule to shoot and will be tagged in any and all promotions featuring their photos. They will have their photos featured on DFW's social media, website and press surrounding the event.

This is the first-ever Danbury Fashion Week. According to their website, organizers hope to "prove that eclectic experiences in small spaces can and will challenge the current fashion standard dictated by the fashion industry."

Danbury Fashion Week is scheduled for July 24-28.
