Danbury High School Debuts New Track
The new track replaces the rapidly deteriorating original, set down in 2002, when the facility was constructed.
DANBURY, CT — The Hatters now have a track worthy of their record.
Danbury High School unveiled its new eight-lane track around Crotty Field at Clapboard Ridge on Friday, a project begun this past summer.

The Hatters boast one of Connecticut's finest track and field programs, in addition to hosting some high-profile meets. Both boys and girls teams are defending Class LL and State Open champs, and the school is home to the FCIAC championships, O'Grady Relays and Danbury Dream Invitational.
