While conducting surveillance, detectives located Sandoval, who was the target of this investigation, police said.

Detectives took Sandoval into custody without incident in the parking lot of the North Ridge Condo complex.

Sandoval was found to have 9.4 grams of a clear rock-like substance that field-tested positive as methamphetamine and $1,057 in cash, the DPD said.

Police said detectives then immediately went to North Ridge Condos, 1 Spruce St., and 8 Pahquioque Ave. and executed their search warrants.

Seized from those units, police said, were packaging materials and large quantities of a clear rock-like substance, which field-tested positive for methamphetamine.
