Danbury Man Arrested After Hair-Pulling Altercation During Child Drop-Off: Report
Police responded to an altercation between the man and a woman Tuesday evening.
NORWALK, CT — A Danbury man was arrested in Norwalk Tuesday after an altercation with a woman during a child drop-off, reports the Norwalk Hour.
Colin Flash, 34, of Danbury is accused of pulling the woman's hair and grabbing her clothing before taking her car keys and driving away, according to police. The alleged argument ensued after Flash was supposed to have brought a child home, but brought the child to another location.
The woman later arrived at the location, where the argument ensued. Police contacted Flash and instructed him to go to the Norwalk police headquarters.
