Danbury Man Caught Pumping Waste into Storm Drain: Police
The police were tipped off by a neighbor.

DANBURY, CT -- Three men were apprehended by police while pumping waste into a storm drain, the News Times is reporting.
Police were called to a home on Lawncrest Road Saturday evening by a neighbor. They discovered the men had dug a hole and pumped out the waste from the 1,000- to- 1,500- gallon septic tank into the storm drain.
Francisco Tomas Vidal of Danbury, Oscar Anselmo Hernandez-Jimenez of Spring Valley, and Pablo Pintado Penaloza of New York City were charged with illegally dumping hazardous waste, criminal mischief in the third degree and breach of peace.
