According to the warrant, the girl's grandmother said the girl did not report to her that Mayo touched her. When interviewed by police, the girl alleged the abuse took place while the rest of the family was out of the house, and that Mayo told her not to tell anyone, according to court documents.
Police arrested Mayo Feb. 28. He was released on a $200,000 bond, and an Order of Protection was filed on behalf of his victim.
