Danbury Man Scores Big In Lottery Scratch-Off

These are the latest area winners, according to the Connecticut State Lottery.

DANBURY, CT — A Danbury business sold a winning lottery ticket to a Danbury man on Thursday.

The city resident, identified as only "Mario R" by the Connecticut State Lottery, played $1,000,000 Jumbo Cash on a ticket he bought at the Hat City Market located at 301 Main Street, which paid out $25,000.

The following day, "Roberto C" from Danbury won $10,000 playing Keno at Gulliver's Wine & Liquor at 423 Main Street.
