Danbury Meatball Restaurant to Open in Ridgefield

DANBURY, CT — A fast, casual Italian restaurant located for more than two years on Mill Plain Road in Danbury is spreading its business to other locations.

Mima’s Meatballs and More opened in the Danbury Fair mall in November and is planning to open in Ridgefield and New Milford, according to the Danbury News-Times.

The MarketPlace plaza in Ridgefield is expected to open by the end of the year, owner Robert Atkinson said.

The New Milford location will be on Route 7 and should be open for business by February.
