As he sat in his car, an occupant of that address, Savuth Luch, exited the house and entered Samrith’s car. When investigators began to approach the car, Luch had exited Samrith’s car and was entering the front door of 16 Woodside Ave. After securing Samrith, investigators immediately contacted Luch, who was in possession of crack cocaine, which he had just purchased from Samrith, police say. Based on the findings, both were placed under arrest. Based on a later search of Samrith’s car, person and residence, Samrith was found to be in possession of crack, powder cocaine and drug paraphernalia, according to police.
