Danbury Police Log: Larceny
The following information was provided by the Danbury Police Department. A person charged with a crime is not guilty until having been convicted in court.
The charged Kelly Blackman, 26, of Brewser, NY, with four counts of fifth-degree larceny and four counts of sixth degree larceny in an incident involving a Bethel man who faces identical charges. Donald Kuhn, 42, of Bethel, was also charged with four counts of fifth-degree larceny and four counts of sixth-degree larceny in the incident that took place at about 9:30 a.m. Wednesday. The pair were also charged with conpiracy in the case. Each person was held on a $25,000 bond.
