Danbury Police Log: Loud Piano

Danbury police charged Geraldo Marin, 52, with disorderly conduct and Jose Naulaguri, 51, with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault after a fight over piano-playing that may have been too loud in an apartment building at 138 Deer Hill Ave.

Police said Naulaguri went over to Marin’s apartment at about 9:30 p.m. Thursday because Marin was playing the piano too loud. An argument arose, which was followed by a fight that left both men bleeding.

The men are scheduled to answer the charges in Danbury Superior Court today.
