Jose Ernesto Aria, 29, of Beckett Street, Danbury, was charged with failure to wear a safety belt, illegal operation of a motor vehicle without minimum insurance, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, operating to endanger occupants in car, reckless driving, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, second-degree assault with a motor vehicle, and first-degree reckless endangerment at 8:11 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 25.

Gerber Estuardo Chajon-Jimenez, 39, of Morris Street, Danbury, was charged with stalking, disorderly conduct, and second-degree harassment at 12:16 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 17.
