Abdala Bah, 26, of 155th Street, Jamaica, N.Y., was charged with reckless driving, third-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny, interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest, second-degree breach of peace, and second-degree assault at 8:15 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 20.

Doris Marlene Bonilla-Balbuca, 31, of Maple Avenue, Danbury, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to display lights at 9:34 p.m. She will appear in court March 4.

Wemerson Nunes-Duarte, 26, of Franklin Street, Danbury, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while using a hand-held/electrical device/texting and smoking/inhalation of cannabis while operating a motor vehicle at 11:37 p.m. He will appear in court March 4.

Jesse James Planert, 36, of City Street, Danbury, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing, interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest, and criminal attempt at assault of a public safety officer at 8:12 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 20.

Marianna Amaral Teixeira, 21, of Bernlou Drive, Danbury, was charged with evading responsibility of injury/property damage, failure to avoid a pedestrian collision, and third-degree assault at 5 p.m. She will appear in court March 4.

Feb. 20

Isette J. Bredza, 62, of Elm Street, Danbury, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 4:51 p.m. She will appear in court March 3.

Franklin Calle Tenesaca, 18, of Park Place, Danbury, was charged with driving under the influence under age 21 with a blood alcohol level of 0.02 or less, failure to drive in the proper lane, and operating a motor vehicle without a license at 11:15 a.m. He will appear in court March 2.

Danilo Jao Guiselini, 35 of Liberty Street, Danbury, was charged with reckless driving, evading responsibility of injury/property damage, and operating a motor vehicle without a license at 9:30 p.m. He will appear in court March 3.

Viviana Paola Lopez-Moyano, 25, of Great Plain Road, Danbury, was charged with failure to renew registration, falsifying marker/license/registration, illegal operation of a motor vehicle without minimum insurance, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, and operating a motor vehicle without a license at 2:28 a.m. She was to appear in court Feb. 20.

Donato L. Rinaldi, 50, of Neill Drive, Watertown, was charged with possession of a controlled substance at 6:50 p.m. He will appear in court March 3.

Roger Rodriguez-Valverde, 20, of Franklin Street, Danbury, was charged with sale of more than a half ounce of cocaine, possession of a controlled substance, risk of injury to a child, stealing a firearm, and negligent storage of a firearm at 5:11 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 23.

Roberto Carlos Sifuentes-Elescano, 48, of Osborne Street, Danbury, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and failure to drive in the proper lane at 1:40 a.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 20.

Gail Byrd Smith, 62, of Franklin Street, Danbury, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing at 11:20 a.m. She will appear in court March 3.

Maria Stango, 39, of City Street, Danbury, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance at 7 p.m. She will appear in court March 3.

Dennis Tuarez-Quinonez, 30, of Dr. Aaron Samuel Boulevard, Danbury, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief at 7:45 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 23.

Jully Yesenia Dias-Remache, 44, of Osborne Street, Danbury, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 5 p.m. She will appear in court March 4.

Maria Del Cisne Gualipa Chillogallo, 27, of Davis Street, Danbury, was charged with disorderly conduct at 3:20 a.m. She was to appear in court Feb. 23.

Lenny Antonio Rosario-Santana, 34, of Franklin Street Ext., Danbury, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault at 11:24 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 23.
