Feb. 6

Gerber Estuardo Chajon-Jimenez, 39, of Morris Street, Danbury, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle without an ignition device, stalking, and second-degree harassment at 7:41 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 9.

Jose Antonio Criollo-Guarango, 36, of Town Hill Avenue, Danbury, was charged with disorderly conduct, interfering with an emergency call, and second-degree unlawful restraint at 4:24 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 9.

Andrew Enriquez, 38, of Avalon Valley Drive, Danbury, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 10:05 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 9.

Angel Javier Malla-Atre, 38, of Cottage Street, Danbury, was charged with evading responsibility of injury/property damage and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 10:40 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 17.

Pablo Andres Matute Chalco, 34, of New Street, Danbury, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and public indecency at 5:25 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 20.

Feb. 7

Dutch Kyle King, 42, of South Street, Danbury, was charged with risk of injury to a child, second-degree breach of peace, and threatening at 5:15 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 19.

Anthony Morales, 29, of Ivain Road, Torrington, was charged with disorderly conduct and threatening at 6:31 a.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 9.

Alves Luiz Oliveira Tavares, 40, of Canonball Drive, Danbury, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane at 5:16 a.m. He will appear in court Feb. 19.

Zoila Maribel Ruiz-Zuniga, 41, of Fairview Avenue, Danbury, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and following too closely (accident) at 2:34 a.m. She will appear in court Feb. 17.

Fausto Jonathan Sanchez-Flores, 40, of Sleepy Hollow, Danbury, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 10:30 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 19.

Juan Roel Suchite-Ramirez, 22, of Fourth Street, Danbury, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 1:44 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 19.

Jeremy Joel Valdez-Imbaquingo, 23, of West Main Street, Meriden, was charged with second-degree breach of peace (three counts) at 2:33 a.m. He will appear in court Feb. 17.

Elvira Gisela Villanueva, 21, of Lake Avenue, Danbury, was charged with second-degree criminal trespassing, second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace, and third-degree assault at 6:46 p.m. She was to appear in court Feb. 9.

Feb. 8

Bryan Alexander Andrango-Fernandez, 26, of Forest Avenue, Danbury, was charged with evading responsibility of injury/property damage, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, and operating a motor vehicle without a license at 9:28 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 9.

Victor Jordy Benitez-Solarzano, 32, of Somers Street, Danbury, was charged with first-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, violation of a protective order, third-degree assault, and threatening at 6:40 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 9.

Duvaul A. Malachi, 44, of Tower Place, Danbury, was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, and second-degree unlawful restraint at 4:54 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 10.

Miquel Angel Zuniga-Raymundo, 31, of Bryant Avenue, Bronx, N.Y., was charged with sixth-degree larceny, third-degree robbery, tampering with physical evidence, disorderly conduct, and prostitution at 5:13 a.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 9.

Feb. 9

Pedro Guilherme Gomes-Cavalcante, 21, of Lake Avenue, Danbury, was charged with failure to carry an operator's license, reckless driving, and illegal operation of a motor vehicle (harassment/intimidation) at 11:05 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 19.

Jack Charles Keenan, 26, of Lakeshore North, New Fairfield, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive on the right, and drinking while driving at 8:10 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 19.

Christina M. Pagan, 42, of Newtown Road, Danbury, was charged with disorderly conduct, violation of a standing criminal protective order, and third-degree assault at 7:12 p.m. She was to appear in court Feb. 10.

Chayse Ramos, 24, of Park Avenue, Danbury, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and threatening at 11:01 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 19.

Feb. 10

Raymond G. Elumba, 50, of Sleepy Hollow Drive, Danbury, was charged with third-degree stalking and second-degree harassment at 1:44 p.m. No court date was available.

Kevin Marquez-Suarez, 27, of Highland Avenue, Danbury, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court, interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and third-degree assault at 2:32 a.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 10.

Carlos Armando Rodas AVila, 36, of Garfield Avenue, Danbury, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace, and third-degree assault at 4:29 a.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 10.
