Danbury to Receive $2.5M Housing Grant

The City of Danbury will receive a $2.5 million grant to make improvements to the Fairfield Ridge apartments.
An article in the Danbury News Times said the award is part of a state-sponsored housing revitalization and will pay for energy efficiency and heating improvements.
Fairfield Ridge is made up of 45 two-bedroom units and 13 three-bedroom units and is for moderate-income families, the News Times reported.
