FROSTBURG, MD -- Mahala Fisher, of Danbury, Conn., recently received a Master of Business Administration degree in Management from Frostburg State University in Frostburg, Md., during its 155th commencement ceremonies. FSU President Dr. Ronald Nowaczyk conferred nearly 325 undergraduate and graduate degrees at this December commencement.
