Danbury Teen Charged With DWI In Westchester By NY State Police

CORTLANDT, NY — New York State police from Troop K removed 27 impaired drivers from local roads during the weekend of Oct. 5. Those included a Danbury resident driving in Westchester County.

On Oct. 5, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Gary J. Guerra, 19, of Danbury, CT, for DWI. He was traveling on the Bear Mountain Parkway in the town of Cortlandt, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police allege.
