Danbury Woman Accused Of Leaving 8-Year-Old Home Alone
The Danbury mother said the child was sick and she needed to go to work.
A 45-year-old Danbury woman is facing risk of injury to a minor charges after police say she left her daughter home alone while she went to work, according to the News Times.
Blana Parra, of Westville Ave. was arrested Tuesday. She told police she had to work and her babysitter canceled. Police were called by the Department of Children and Families after they received a tip.
