Democrat to Resign from Danbury School Board

The school district will accept applications for the position from any Danbury resident over the age of 18.

DANBURY, CT — Democrat Kathleen Molinaro will resign her seat from the Danbury school board on Jan. 9, the News Times is reporting. She has served on the board for 13 years.

Molinaro is citing family health reasons for the move.

The school district will accept applications for the position from any Danbury resident over the age of 18. The News Times notes that is customary for the party of the resigning member to nominate a replacement
