Early Dismissal at Danbury Schools to Beat the Heat

DANBURY, CT -- All public schools in Danbury will be dismissed 3 hours early on Monday "due to predicted extreme heat." The district announced the emergency early dismissal schedule on social media.

The National Weather Service is predicting a high of 91 degrees on Monday, and an air quality alert from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. for all of Fairfield County.
