Free Coronavirus Testing In Danbury Planned For Wednesday
Appointments are strongly encouraged and given priority due to limited testing swabs.
DANBURY, CT—For residents interested in being tested for the coronavirus, they will have an opportunity to do so Wednesday. Connecticut Institute For Communities, Inc. plans to hold another mass testing event at the Greater Danbury Community Health Center's rear parking lot.
The testing is done in collaboration with CT Department of Health. GDCHC staff will collect the specimens and results will be available a few days later.
Follow-up telehealth visits are available for all those who wish to register with GDCHC as patients. GDCHC accepts all patients regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.

WHEN: Wednesday, June 3, 2020, 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
WHERE: 120 Main Street, Danbury, CT, rear parking lot.
WHO: Testing is open to all, regardless of symptoms or exposure, with prescreening included.
COST: Free testing; Photo ID is required; insurance card appreciated if available.
Uninsured patients also accepted.
