Housatonic Habitat holds Interfaith Community Work Day

Housatonic Habitat for Humanity will hold its second interfaith volunteer workday led by Reverend Jim Wheeler, Interfaith Coordinator, on Saturday, March 22 from 1pm-4pm. Volunteers will be working on various projects at Housatonic Habitat’s ReStore, 51 Austin St. in Danbury. Individuals or groups interested in volunteering should contact jrwheeler53@gmail.com.

Housatonic Habitat for Humanity focuses on making a meaningful difference in the lives of qualified working families by promoting financial stability and self-sufficiency through ownership of affordable homes. Households often consist of those who have limited assets and who have jobs that also have income caps.
