Drone Photographer Julie vanderKroef offered tips on how to incorporate a bird’s eye view into marketing a new listing during a recent Realtor Lunch & Learn workshop held by Housatonic Habitat for Humanity at its ReStore thrift warehouse in Danbury. Sponsored by Fairfield County Bank, the session was the latest in a series of lunchtime workshops presented by Housatonic Habitat and the Northern Fairfield County Board of Realtors (NFCAR), Greater New Milford Board of Realtors (GNMBR), and the Ridgefield Board of Realtors (RBOR). Open to the public, the workshop also spoke to architects, and other businesses benefitting from this new marketing tool. “Local Realtors and business are important to us,” said Fran Normann, Executive Director of Housatonic Habitat. “We appreciate our quarterly meetings which are now in their third year and welcome other speakers to share their expertise.” Contact info@housatonichabitat.org if interested in presenting a topic at a future Realtor Lunch & Learn workshop in 2020.

Housatonic Habitat for Humanity focuses on making a meaningful difference in the lives of qualified working families by promoting financial stability and self-sufficiency through ownership of affordable homes. Households often consist of those who have limited assets and who have jobs that also have income caps.
