Investigation Ends Into Missing Woman's Disappearance

Sherrie Passaro of Danbury spent 27 years seeking the arrest of her mother's killers.

Sherrie Passaro of was reportedly disappointed with the findings of , Mary Badaracco of Sherman, in 1984.

The Danbury News-Times reported that an unnamed Superior Court judge spent 18 months reviewing the case, but was unable to find probable cause for the arrest of the suspects, Dominic Badaracco Sr. and his son, Joseph.

Passaro and her sister, Beth Profeta of Torrington, have spent 27 years pressing law enforcement to arrest and prosecute their mother’s killers.
