In Danbury, the peak number of households out of power reached 1,874, said Mitch Gross, a spokesman with CL&P. The last of them were restored late Sunday night.
Gross said these numbers could fluctuate because of several factors, including outages caused by other problems and computer problems. These were the best numbers available late Monday afternoon.
