DANBURY, CT — One Danbury resident has died from the new coronavirus, the state Department of Health reported on Wednesday afternoon. There are 63 confirmed cases of the virus in the city, according to the DPH.
"We expect there are more," Mayor Mark Boughton said in a livestream address on Facebook Wednesday, "because people who took the test in New York but live in Danbury" wouldn't be tracked by the Connecticut Department of Public Health.
