Lawyer Suspended from Practice for 5 Years After Ignoring Danbury Clients: Report
A judge ruled the suspect had taken money from three clients but never defended them.

DANBURY, CT - A judge recently ruled that a New Britain lawyer ignored his Danbury clients after taking their money, the Danbury News Times reported.
These recent rulings in Superior Court indicate that Anthony V. Zeolla took money from three clients but never defended them, according to the Danbury News Times. Raymond Neville of Danbury was one of the men; he paid Zeolla a $1,500 retainer related to a foreclosure action.
As a result of the ruling, Zeolla has been suspended from practicing law for five years, the Danbury News Times reported. The suspect was also ordered to pay the victims restitution.
