Workshops educate attendees on how to start a podcast

Are you curious about podcasting? The Danbury Library will begin a series of FREE monthly podcasting workshops at 5pm, that will educate attendees to start broadcasting digitally. Professor Ben Bogardus of Quinnipiac University will provide easy to follow instruction for those who may want to start a podcast for themselves or their business. The schedule is as follows:

November 4: Introduction to Podcasting: Businesses Edition – this session will include tips on how to use podcasting to promote a business, in addition to abbreviated elements provided in the October class and the full hands-on demonstration.

December 2: Intermediate Podcasting – this session will go deeper into topics like picking sound bites, writing for the ear, voicing with personality, etc. It will end with a discussion of how to plan, market and distribute your show.
