DANBURY, CT — Alfred Lamour passed away peacefully on October 1, 2018 at Glen Hill Nursing Home in Danbury while surrounded by his loving family. Alfred was born on November 11, 1955 in Borgne, Haiti to Carmelie (Simiscar) and Timothee Lamour.

Alfred loved to read and was known for being a people person. However, he loved his family most of all and cherished time spent with his children and grandchildren.

Alfred is survived by his beloved wife Rosemarie Lamour, daughter Towanda Lamour, and son Santos Lamour. Four sisters; Nicole, Carmelle, Rosena, and Janette. Two brothers; Jose and Josue. As well as three beloved grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Alfred is predeceased by one brother.

Visitation will be held on Friday October 12, 2018 at Danbury Memorial Funeral Home (117 South St, Danbury CT 06810) from 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday October 13, 2018 at The French Speaking Church (44 Spring St, Danbury, CT 06810) to begin at 9 a.m. Burial will follow at Wooster Cemetery in Danbury.
