Obituary: Alice Mary (LaPalme) Perrotti, 91, Of Danbury

DANBURY, CT — Alice Mary (LaPalme) Perrotti, age 91, of Danbury passed away peacefully on May 21, 2022, at Hancock Hall where she made her home. She was born on January 16, 1931, to the late Alfonse and Cecile (Michaud) La Palme.

A lifelong Danbury resident, Alice attended Danbury schools. After her marriage to Rocco Perrotti, Alice was employed by the Danbury Hat Factory for many years while raising five children. She retired from Union Carbide where she was employed in the food industry.

Alice is survived by her son Rocco Perrotti of Danbury, daughters Cecile Turro (Robert) of Brookfield, Barbara Mei (Robert) of Brookfield, and Granddaughters Kimberly Hernandez, Kia Williams, grandsons Danny Gallo, Robert Mei Ill, and Tyler Mei along with many great-grandchildren.

Alice was predeceased by her daughters Roseann Gallo, Elizabeth Perrotti, and grandson Alex Betts. Also, a special man to Alice was Ronald Cordio (Elizabeth's partner) who she loved like a son.

The family would like to give a special thanks to the staff, caregivers, and family at Hancock Hall for the continued caregiving of Alice throughout her stay for many years.
There are no calling hours. Interment will be private.
