Tony emigrated to the United States in 1977, living in Danbury and Brookfield over the last 45 years, working for Hubbell, Tenax and finally retiring from Weeks Auto Group in November of 2019.
Tony loved fishing, often bringing his 4 grandchildren to Sherwood Island to pass on one of his passions. When he wasn’t fishing, Tony could be found at his home in Brookfield, again with his 4 grandchildren tending to chickens, racing in the pool and caring for his vast garden with his wife. Later in life, Tony enjoyed building bird houses and bird feeders with his grandchildren, out of whatever he could find and placing them throughout his property and gifting them to family and friends. He took incredible joy in just watching the birds fly, perhaps taking him back to his days as a paratrooper.
