Obituary: Bethellen Theresa Connick, of Danbury

DANBURY, CT — Bethellen Theresa Connick passed away on December 21, 2018 in Danbury.

Bethellen was born on March 15, 1961 in Tarrytown, NY to the late Elizabeth Salmon and William Connick, Jr.

.Bethellen attended State University of New York, Oneonta campus, where she made many lifelong friends that she was sure to keep in contact with through the years.

Bethellen was a devoted mother and homemaker, with an engaging, free spirited personality, and full of life and love for those who surrounded her. Her favorite sports teams were the Giants and the Yankees, and she supported them faithfully. Her favorite pastime was sitting on the beach with her toes in the sand listening to her favorite music.

Bethellen is survived by her two beloved daughters, Aubrey Tranzillo and Chelsea "Mina" Tranzillo, her brother William Connick III, her significant other Jack Cahill, and her wheaten terrier Dublin.

A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held on Sunday, December 30, 2018 from 12 to 2 p.m. at Danbury Memorial Funeral Home (117 South St., Danbury, CT 06810) with a Celebration of Life Service to begin at 1:30 p.m. A private burial will be held at a later date.
