DANBURY, CT — Brian Clifford Banks, age 68 of Danbury, died unexpectedly, Wednesday, August 3, 2022 at his home. He was the husband of Rhoda Brittany (Gordon) Banks.

He was born in Danbury, March 4, 1954, son of the late Clifford W. and Miriam (Ranta) Banks. He was a machinist for most of his life. Brian loved to play darts with his friends on Monday nights and loved World War II reenactments.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his brother: Bruce Banks of Naples, FL; his brother’s-in-law: David Gordon and his son: David, Jr., Steven Gordon and his wife Cori of Stratford, CT, Stuart Gordon, his ex-wife Kathy and their children: Andrea Zell and her husband Evan, and Timothy ; 2 nieces: Jessica and her husband Mark Archiere and their son: Jax, and Danielle Gordon.

A graveside service will be held at Ridgebury Cemetery, Ridgefield, CT Monday, August 8, 2022 at 11:00. There are no calling hours. Hull Funeral Service, Danbury is handling arrangements.
