Diane was a retired teacher for Head Start and was involved in the Trinity Christian Tabernacle Church as a deaconess and choir member.

DANBURY, CT — Diane (Curtis) Tallman, 72, of Danbury, died peacefully on Monday, December 6, 2021. She was the loving wife of Parker D. Tallman.
Mrs. Tallman was born in Danbury, CT on June 20, 1949; a daughter of the late William and Daneller (Davis) Curtis.

Mrs. Tallman was a retired Teacher for Head Start of Danbury. She was active in the Trinity Christian Tabernacle Church where she was a Deaconess and a member of the church choir. She enjoyed arts and crafts and especially time spent with her family.
Mrs. Tallman is survived by her husband of 54 years, Parker, and their 2 daughters; Tracy Edmonds and her husband, Aaron, and Dawn Tallman. Mrs. Tallman is also survived by her grandchildren; Christopher Hill, Kayla Hill, Davon Turner, and Miracle Witherspoon; her great grandchildren; Sayla Tallman, Suryi Banks, and Harmony Hill, her brothers; Ernest Curtis, Eddie Curtis, Fred Curtis, Bruce Curtis, and Lonnie Curtis, and her sisters; Elma Rice, and Susan Curtis.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Tallman was predeceased by a brother, William Curtis, a sister, Betty Wells, and a grandson, Savon Tallman.
A Walk Through Visitation will take place on Thursday, December 16, 2021 from 11 a.m. to noon at Trinity Christian Tabernacle Church; 91 Elm Street, Danbury. Masks are required for all in attendance at the visitation. The Home Going Service and burial will be held privately.
