DANBURY, CT — Joseph Miranda was born on March 4, 2020 in Valhalla, NY to his parents, Nehemias and Edelmira Miranda. He passed away on May 12, 2023 at the age of 3 due to a tragic accident. At the hospital, the doctors did all they could to save his life, but God called home this little angel. He is survived by his parents and his brother, Bradley and sister, Dayana.
Joseph was a gift to all. He was playful, fun-loving, and curious. He was always laughing and had an energetic spirit. Joseph made everyday fun. He loved to cook with his Momma specially tortillas which he liked to call pizza and he loved to eat. He was always the first to be thankful for his meal. He was his parents' special helper. He would drag his chair to help wash his dish after dinner and help his mom load the laundry into the dryer. He was also full of mischief. One day he got into the pantry and spilled flour all over the floor and himself. He made everyone smile with his funny little personality.

His favorite things included playing with his dogs, kicking around the soccer ball, playing with trucks, and learning about farm animals. He loved being outdoors and jumping on the trampoline with his family. Bedtime was his favorite when he would cuddle up between his mom and dad while being read his favorite book about Clifford the big red dog.
He brought joy to everyone's life, including his siblings, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends. His memory will live on forever to all those who loved him. He will be missed greatly, but lovingly remembered. Joseph left everyone with beautiful memories that will fill our hearts with happiness and make us smile. The pain of our loss will never be lessened by time. We may never know why his life was cut short, but we do know we can, and will, talk about him forever.
