Obituary: Pamela Ann (Payne) Keever, 75, Of Danbury

After working at Boehringer Ingelheim for 18 years, Pam enjoyed her retirement working in her yard, gardening, and lunching with friends.

DANBURY, CT — Pamela Ann (Payne) Keever, 75, of 8 Michaud Road, Danbury, passed away peacefully November 15, 2021.

She was the loving mother of Christopher D. Keever and his wife Laura of West Hartford, and the cherished 'Mimi' to her grandchildren William, Charles and Elizabeth.

Pam was born and raised in Norwalk, daughter of the late William and Vivian Payne. She graduated from Central Catholic High School in Norwalk, class of 1964.

Pam moved to Danbury in 1969 and had lived there until her passing. She loved and cared for her dogs, the late Ribs, Phoebe and Daisy along with her cat Kolbe.

After working at Boehringer Ingelheim for 18 years, Pam enjoyed her retirement working in her yard, gardening, and lunching with friends. But nothing gave her greater joy than spending time with her grandchildren.

Pam was predeceased by her nephew, Dennis R. Taylor.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 11:00am on Tuesday, Nov. 23, 2021 at the Green Funeral Home, 57 Main St., Danbury, CT 06810.

Friends will be received 10 - 11 a.m. on Tuesday Nov. 23, 2021 at the Green Funeral Home, 57 Main St., Danbury, CT 06810. Burial will be at private.

Per Pam's request, please omit flowers and instead make contributions in her memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (www.stjude.org), 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105
