DANBURY, CT — Robert Adam Dennis, 77, passed on to the next chapter of his journey at home on Nov. 28.

Eldest of three sons born to Adam and Beverly Dennis, on Feb. 10, 1946, in Maywood, California, he was a surfer, an avid fisherman, mechanic who loved working on cars, long haul truck driver and a "jack of all trades, master of all!"

He was welcomed with a warm embrace by his son Christopher and many loving family and friends awaiting his arrival.

Robbie leaves behind his loving wife Bernadette, daughter Stephanie, son-in-law Gil and grandchildren Gil Jr and Angelina Pinto; the "Southern Dennis" Marty, Jeannie, Craig, Kevin and Rachel and their children; brother-in-law Victor Carrascoso, his wife Monica their three girls Anneliese, Isabella and Torrey and grandson Augustus; his niece Jennifer Danieli and husband Chris and their children Gabby and Cameron, along with several special people from Maine down to Florida and all the way to California, that called him Uncle Bob or Pops who will miss him dearly.

Friends will be received on Friday, Dec. 8 from 4:30 - 7:30 o.m. at Jowdy Kane Funeral Home, 9 Granville Ave., Danbury.

A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Saturday, Dec. 9, 2023 at 11 a.m. in St. Gregory the Great Church, Danbury.

A gathering of family and friends following the mass will be announced.
