One Injured in Danbury House Fire

Two other occupants — the resident's dogs — were evaluated on the scene and checked out okay.

DANBURY, CT — One Chambers Road resident suffered injuries in a house fire Saturday morning.

Firefighters got the call shortly after 10 a.m. and first responders found a one-room fire in the Chambers Road home.

One person suffered minor injuries, according to the Danbury Fire Department, and was driven to Danbury Hospital. Two other occupants — the resident's dogs — were evaluated on the scene and "found to be ok," according to the report.
