Readers Choice Winner: Danbury's Best Delis

Danbury voters named as the city's top deli giving it 25 votes or 17 percent of the 141 votes cast. People also reviewed this deli twice, giving it excellent reviews.

"This is such good food," wrote Ryan Arconti on Feb. 27.

A couple went in to Martino's one night determined to eat half a grinder each and save the other half for lunch. One bought meatball and the other sausage and peppers. Cutting them in half they ate everything right there.

"Amazing Food!!! And Amazing People," wrote Jenna Yordon on March 29.

The second place winner was , which had an early lead but fell behind Martino's in the last few days. Full Belly earned 23 votes or 16 percent of the total. No one has yet reviewed Full Belly Deli.

The third place finisher is with 18 votes or 12 percent of the total. No one has yet reviewed AJ's.
