Renovated Danbury Emergency Operations Center Opens At City Hall
Danbury opened its newly renovated Emergency Operations Center on Wednesday.
DANBURY, CT- The city opened its newly renovated Danbury Emergency Operations Center on Wednesday. This renovation project has been a top priority of Mayor Dean Esposito and his administration.
Work on the facility began during Esposito's tenure as chief of staff, and has been completed during his first few months as mayor.
"We know the Danbury Emergency Operations Center will be crucial for the future of our city. We will be able to continue to provide superior safety and response for our residents and take it to the next level with our new facility," Esposito said.

The mayor was joined by Emergency Management Director Matthew Cassavechia, City Council President Vinny Digilio, City Council Minority Leader Paul Rotello and FuelCell Energy CEO Jason Few at the ribbon-cutting.
The Danbury Emergency Operations Center is located at Danbury City Hall at 155 Deer Hill Avenue.
