Richter Association for the Arts to Concert with New England New Music Ensemble

To close its spring season, Richter Association for the Arts will host an exciting concert by The New England New Music Ensemble on Sunday, May 29, 3 p.m. at Richter House, located at 100 Aunt Hack Rd. This ensemble is a chamber music group that performs unique and daring, original compositions, along with arrangements of songs not normally associated with chamber music.
From The Beatles to Electric Light Orchestra, from Erik Satie to Bartok, from Duke Ellington to Sun Ra to Miles Davis, from Yes to Genesis to Star Wars to Looney Tunes and Merry Melodies, musicians include Gregg Baimel, clarinet; Emily Boyer, horn; Phil Crevier, piano; Kristen Switzer, cello; Scott Switzer, bassoon and Robert Rabinowitz, flute and sax.

Refreshments after the one hour concert will provide an opportunity to speak with the performers. Parking is available in the golf course lot. Handicapped parking is in front of the house. Admission is by freewill donation. The event is partially sponsored by the Danbury Cultural Commission.
