Shoprite Supports Housatonic Habitat’s Earth Week Celebration

Housatonic Habitat recently held a week-long celebration in honor of Earth Day at the ReStore, Housatonic Habitat’s 10,000 Sq. Ft. Thrift Warehouse. The celebration included a variety of opportunities to reduce, re-use, and recycle, reinforcing Habitat’s emphasis on environmentally-sound actions. Shoprite of Brookfield supported Habitat’s celebration by donating a plastic bag recycling bin for use during the celebration. Shoprite of Brookfield regularly supports recycling in their every-day operations.
