DANBURY, CT — The Danbury Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for Helen Mendonca, 43, missing since Jan. 9.

Mendonca is a white woman, with blonde hair and green eyes. She stands 5-feet 4-inches tall, and weighs 150 lbs. She is believed to be driving a Surbaru Forrester with no license plate, year and color unknown.
