Supreme Court Deciding Health Care Reform Law, Have You Decided (Poll)

The U.S. Supreme Court is listening to arguments about President Obama's health care reform law, and the law's future will likely be decided by a few swing votes.

According to an article published in Friday's New York Times, "Some justices suggested the entire law should fall, on the theory that members of Congress would not have voted for it without the mandate. Others indicated that the court should take a minimalist approach, leaving the balance of the law intact."

If the law falls, it will head back to for reconsideration.

The mandate referred to in the above paragraph is that all Americans must have health care or pay a penalty.
