Touch-a-Truck at Litchfield Crossings' Family Day Sept 28

New Milford -- Yes, you can sound the sirens on the various Water Witch Hose Co. fire trucks, and get behind the wheel of a New Milford police car and ambulance. All this and much more at Litchfield Crossings’ family-friendly benefit for Water Witch Hose Co. #2 from noon to 5:00 p.m., on September 28th, 2019, at 169 Danbury Road in New Milford.

This family-friendly event will include kids’ crafts and face painting along with music from DJ Rafael. There will be local vendors selling hand crafted gifts, candles, jewelry, crocheted blankets, sweater and bags and more. The Red Cross will be giving away smoke alarms, and some vendors will also have give-away items. There will be a raffle where every ticket wins with some prizes valued up to $100. The New Milford Police will be performing child-seat checks and demonstrating car seat installation from 10:00a.m. to 4:00p.m.
